Thank you wonderful people, you all keep doing this too and that makes you all winners in my book!! :) And, it really is as Sparky suggests. The norm or the usual for me now is not to smoke; the unusual is to think of smoking! So I now go about my daily life as a non-smoker rather than a smoker or even as an ex-smoker.
