Janna, dust yourself off and start all over again. Now that you know smoking didn't make anything better, stand up to that junkie and lets get going! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 196 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,900 Amount Saved: $2,067.80 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 22 Mins: 56 Seconds: 49

sorry, Janna I didn't read the title fully. So, since you've decided you're going to do this again...No TRY, you either are or you aren't. You know you CAN, because you just did it for 99 days...and that shows that you have what it takes. Just get your coping strategies ready....water, whatever else you used before. Stay close, okay? Hi Janna. Aloha said it great, everyone is here to support you. Stand up, dust yourself off and move on. Do not quit on being a quitter. I am going to save this thread and look at it often. Thank you for being a motivator for me. I found a post from when you celebrated your 2 weeks. Just remember, you can feel this great again! :) "This has been the longest two weeks of my life.... , but the most rewarding. My baby girl and my nephew are both so excited about me quitting and they are keeping track of the days too. If you could just see the looks they give me... pride, happy, love... I look at them and realize this is it, I will never smoke again. No matter what happens, I will never smoke again. I have quit a couple of times before and never felt this way. It was never this hard and it was never this rewarding. I think it is because I never really thought I would stay quit before. Now I know I will. This board has helped me more than I could ever say. I don't post a whole lot, but I read, read, read, read. There is a wealth of knowledge here!!! Janna I was wondering where you went. Ok, so you are not happy to be smoking again, right? Are you ready to quit again? I'm glad you came back here. If you're ready, we will all be right behind you, in front of you, or any place you need us to be. I have been smoking about 5 cigarettes a day for the last week. Went through a very, very bad situation with my husband and let the nicodemon get me. Worst decision of my life. I feel like crap. I really need your help. This board is the only thing that makes me want to try again. I feel like such a loser right now. I had a day left before I hit the beach and lost it.
