Well, before you rush out to buy this book, that first page may have been the best of the book. At least the part about smoking was right on.
As I read thru more chapters, their claim to health is "vegetarianism". The whole book is like the first page as to how they explain things, but they go on to slam every morsel of food mankind has eaten since caveman times. So if we are to get healthy, they recommend we eat fruit, water and soy products. End of story. No meat, no chicken, no fish, no dairy, no sugar, no alcohol, no bread, no pasta, no soda, no coffee....ah, is there anything left???
Needless to say, each man for himself. Take it all with a big box of salt! I will read the rest of it this week, and see what other gems of wisdom it has. :8o:
