It means a great deal to me! Thank you for that! Speaking of which....would you look at this thread? ALOT of posts and replies here. And still going strong! WOOHOO! You guys ROCK! I'll be back later with my last update of the evening! Hello everyone! Notice the Party balloons?? MORE good news to share with you all! Just got back from my Dr.'s office. I just stopped in cause I wanted to check weight and Blood Pressure. My weight is up at 193 from 185. I knew it would be. Since I quit i've been eating everything that isn't nailed down! LOL! I'm 6'1" so the extra weight isn't a big deal at the moment. The great news is my BP. The last time I was up there my BP was 150/100. It usually ran at least that, and doc was after me to start BP meds. Anyways.... This time it was 116/80!!! WOOHOO!! I'm thrilled with that! GO ME! At this rate of getting healthy I'll have to change my name to Methusela...I'm gonna live forever! LOL! Wanted to share the news, and I hope all are doing well today?? I left my bottle at the Bon-Fire last night. If there is any left you guys are welcome to it tonight! {Luv me some Malibu! lol} Dan My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/17/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 18 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,080 Amount Saved: $191.70 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 18 Mins: 27 Seconds: 49
