Bold, don't worry about the days right now, just keep quitting. There are many debates about slips and when to reset, the only opinion that matters is yours, this is your quit.
Think about this, that it didn't help, and think about what coping skills you can use next time you are in a stressful situation. What will you do, etc...keep your reasons in your shirt pocket and reach for them next time, my hubby did this, and it helped alot.
