Sorry about the lateness of this response. You sound like a person that has a lot going on in your life and I'll bet that cigarette smoking is inconsistent with who you are and what you are about. It's so easy to put words down about what to do, but much more difficult to do it. So I will tell you that I am in your corner and you may write me anytime for encouragement and rah rah. As to my running it is quite good. I participated in a team realy in trails in Northern Michigan (where I am from) that included a six person team and we all had to commit to a minimum of 10 miles out of the 77. I ran two relays one of 6 miles and the other 7 for a total of 13 miles through the woods. I was exhausted, but our team finished in second place out of thirty teams. I am quite competive for my age and after 35 you get age consideration in a formula. The thought of somking is very foriegn to me now.
