Thank you go every single one of you. I just completed a survey by SCC (does everybody get this after one year?) I made it!! Wooweeee! I am so proud of myself but, mostly, so grateful for all the support that I received. Nobody knows what we are going through except the people who have or are travelling this road. (Mine was pretty rocky at the beginning)
Sparky sent me one of my old posts and I can't believe how much and how often I poured my heart out on this site. I also know how important it was to have a place where I could do that without feeling that I would be judged or dismissed.
You guys always supported me. You made me laugh. You gave me the courage to keep going (even if just for one more day). For anyone who is new here....this was not an easy quit for me (at least not at the beginnning). I was not a gentle, wise quitter....I was a straight out whiney, cranky, crazy quitter....which just goes to prove that we all have the potential within us to do this.
Thanks to all for your good wishes...You guys are the best!
Windy
