Well, isn't that just the best gift you've ever given yourself, starrider!
Welcome, and thanks for posting.
I used chantix, too...and this is the first time in 36 years I have gone a single day without a cigarette, except one time 20+ years ago when I was out in the wilderness and couldn't get to any...lol Chantix + SSC = Success for me
Hope you are using the tools here, e.g., the workbook, the glove compartment. They help. And drinking lots of water. And pampering yourself. Pampering is important ;p If you are noticing early morning is an especially difficult time of day for you, try mixing up your routine a bit. That confuses the heck out of your inner junkie.
Keep reading, post often, and can you make a pledge that you will not take a single puff before posting for help and getting a few responses? Not like these fake Help posters today, but for real HELP as the title of your post. Someone will come soon after you post that.
Looking forward to accompanying you on this journey
