Not pan fried! DEEP fried Twinkies! Then mounded with powdered sugar. They are surprisingly not as gross as you might imagine, crunchy and delicious, and something absolutely magical happens to the filling when it get heated up! They are, however, just as devastatingly unhealthy as you might imagine.
And Johny, me boy, with a workout and dietary regimen like that I find it hard to believe that you aren't a virtual Adonis! Thank god I am beyond that 30 to 50 age group and needn't work so hard.

LOL, yah there's nothing worse than a dried out power rod! Especially on the balcony! I just burned 100 calories reading that workout! But the pan fried twinkie...now thats just grossing me out! :)

I'm just glad I don't have the faintest idea what a Bowflex is.
On or off the balcony!

If I hang the twinkie from the lat bar I can use that as motivation to pull up higher when doing my crunches!
I looked into putting the Bowflex outside Heather but apprently the sun will dry out the power rods.
The last thing I want is to be out on a balcony with an old dried out power rod. :confuse:
Gregor, my doctor wants me to do aerobics on the days I am not doing the Bowflex. So for example;
Day 1: Bowflex uppper body workouts (twice a day for 20 mins each) and a 20 minute walk
Day 2: 20 minute walk in the morning, Aerobics at noon (40 mins)
Day 3: Bowflex lower body workout (twice a day for 20 mins each) and a 20 minute walk
Day 4: 20 minute walk in the morning, Aerobics at noon (40 mins)
Back to Day 1
Each day not to exceed 2000 calories.
Fruit and veggies at every meal
Green Tea
NO FRIED FOOD
NO WHITE BREAD
NO FATTY FOODS <-- Except for when I cheat!

Apparently after reading this thread I need to;
1- Investigate the balcony further
2- Try fried Twinkies
3- Do some walking for aerobic activity.
I have actually come across some walkers that walk briskly for one hour an evening and cut their portion sizes down..the results were outstanding. Of course I didn't' ask if they ate fried Twinkies, but I think they explored the balcony at one time in their lives!

Greger, am just imagining how that recipe came to be, didn't catch any fish on that fishing trip? :)

fried twinkie? Over a campfire, deep fried, in a skillet? I have a mental image of calling the kids for supper and having 12 twinkies all stacked neatly on my serving platter.
My mind is not working this morning, need more coffee.
