This is crazy!

I have a dentist appointment on Wednesday and I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!! How twisted is that? A double whammy too, cleaning and a filling. I know I will crave like a madman right after it because I have always smoked immediately upon leaving the dentist's & like aloha, have had to hold my mouth closed around my cigarette. But I'm looking forward to the hygienist and the dentist congratulating me on my quit & telling me my teeth & gums look better than last time. I'm looking forward to that great just-cleaned feeling lasting longer than the 3 minutes it takes to find somewhere to smoke. I'm looking forward to getting a filling instead of gum surgery because my teeth are ruined from smoking. And I'm even looking forward to the crave because I know it is nothing to me now, I will laugh at it and at the image of old me holding my frozen, swollen, drooling mouth closed around a cigarette. I love the idea of the junkie getting all excited thinking she can get me to give in at a weak moment & a new trigger & then having her ash kicked yet again. My name is Unhooked, I'm a nicotine addict and being nicotine-free has made me so crazy that I can't wait to go the dentist!
