Lol yeah I know what you mean Kev! Hey what a great subject for a new stats thread - like post a playlist for 50,100 days etc....I know exactly what i'd have on mine - yeah I bet you could figure it out too lol My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 84 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,260 Amount Saved: 210.00 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 4 Mins: 14 Seconds: 19

Ex Roller, I did my usual trick of writing everything in notepad in a flurry of words and ended up with an essay which seemed to include such things as 'dragons' and 'swords of positivity'. Great for writing songs for nightwish, not great for writing posts about smoking. :) So eventually after lots of deleting you end up with the SSC finished article. You're only 7 days away from the big 90! That, my friend, just plain rocks \m/ I'll start wondering what an ExRoller 90 day playlist would contain :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 62 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,550 Amount Saved: 260.40 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 19 Mins: 34 Seconds: 5

kev - well done mate - 60 days is aswesome - well it's more than that now - and great idea about making yourself a swinging sixties playlist - as they didn't really have metal then you'll just have to fill it with prog rock instead lol - Never mind, the fact is you are able to hold your head up high and congratulate yourself on getting this far!! Hi guys, Wow! I wondered if I was going to quietly slip it in unnoticed. Not a chance. You're way good at this :) Well my new mobile is supposed to be my ship and 2 month reward, however I feel a music voucher shopping spree coming on. Possibly with the idea of creating a 60 day smokefree playlist. One song for each day I remain smokefree! With regards to my quit buddy, Lynda. I'll never know if I had an effect on her and she will never tell me :) All I tried to do was play it cool and try and be a happy non-smoker around her whilst quietly typing away my thoughts here. I have a theory about tough cookies and quit buddies strangely enough :) I have a whole week away from work so expect a lot of flowing of thoughts next week. :) In honour of the fact I have managed to reach that 60 day milestone, next week will be called 'Swinging Sixties'. Btw, my parents are back from Paris now. We got them a his and hers shuffle music player in ruby red for their anniversary and have been training my mum to load songs on the computer. It is safe to say that my dads head matches the music player for colour after forgetting to put on any sun tan before setting off up the Eiffel tower and Notre Damme cathedral. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 62 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,550 Amount Saved: 260.40 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 18 Mins: 53 Seconds: 54

Kev, I never had a doubt that you would be where you are. I didn't know how long it would take you to get there, but I knew eventually that you would. Congratulations, Son, (hey, you called me a Mom, or was that a Mother)it has been my pleasure to watch you grow into this beautiful non-smoking person who is naming his weeks and giving support all over this site. You did it right, JDK, and now you're hooked on the freedom. Enjoy...I'll see you on the beach in a few short weeks. I would like to get you the first JD!
