Close your eyes, breath deep, let the craves wash over you and disappear. Read and post. Stay away from smokers for now..take your beautiful children to the movies, the library, the park. The way you are feeling should be a sign to all of us how addictive cigs are..your body is recovering from the poison smoke. You can do this..you have stayed smoke free for 5 months! That is a great past experience. Every past quit has gotten you to this place in your life. You can do it. Let us know how you are doing.
