Deep breaths, drink plenty of ice water and take a lot of walking breaks. When I quit, sometimes I would just have to go to the restroom and scream! I kept my door shut a lot during those first few days. I simply expained to my boss what I was doing and he was very supportive of me.
Remember this is temporary. The affects of being smoke free go on forever and you are doing something really, really good for yourself.
Suck on peppermints, kick, scream, cry, whatever you must, just don't smoke!!!! You are doing great! Congratulations on 3 awesome days!!!
