About the only thing I miss is getting out of the office for 10 minutes every hour or so for a fag break. So now I just take a virtual fag break every now and then. I just go outside and breathe some fresh air. I have noticed that I'm far more productive at work though. I used to think I couldn't concentrate and do certain things at work without nicotine - that was rubbish. It is actually easier to concentrate now. Hi Ashfreeme, Congratulations on 10 weeks that is quite a milestone. I know how you feel about the stress being gone when we are somewhere you can't smoke. Right now that is one the things I am enjoying most about my quit. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 166 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,320 Amount Saved: $1,079.00 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 10 Mins: 36 Seconds: 44
