Six months. Six months. Half a year as a non-smoker, Lainie... and I know how far away that seemed when you started. Well... you made it, and the future is looking better, and better, isn't it? I'm extremely proud of you, Lainie. I'm proud of all the March Mellows, because we've gone to war together, and most of us are still here to tell the tail. But you, in particular, because we started at the same time... and we supported each-other when we were at our weakest. We clung onto hope, together. Well, we're still here, and we're not weak anymore. We're alot stronger than we were, and most of the time... we feel like what we are; non-smokers. Considering all the years we relied on that stuff to get us through the day, to have made such a huge change is... remarkable. And so are you, Lainie. You are remarkable. :) I'm so glad you've been here since day 1 for me, and I'm so glad that I'm here today to share your 6 months with you. I wish you a life-time of freedom from the cigarettes, but most of all I wish you freedom for today. Congratulations, Lainie! You've done a wonderful thing! Thanks Tom! (And everyone else) I am pretty excited about this one! This was a marker for me. I wanted this so much, but I didn't dare to dream that I would get here. I was cautious (as usual) about it. The Villa is spectacular! I especially love the history, the rennaisance and all, the painters and sculptors of that era, the century old customs that have been passed down from one generation to the next and the Italian traditions of family first. These are all things fading from life in the new millenium. My family history goes back to old Europe in the 1800s, so I guess thats why it strikes a chord, in how Europe blends the old with the new. Thank you, to all my quit Buddies, (March Mellows and everyone here)I would not be here if it wasn't for you! Thank you everyone! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 180 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,500 Amount Saved: $1,899.00 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 0 Mins: 24 Seconds: 47

Congratulations. I remember back when I was first quitting and how proud I was of myself for quitting and so should you. It is not an easy task but one that is well worth it. Reward yourself for a job well done in any way you can and as much as you can, you deserve it.
