Glad you didn't smoke Bear. You should have charged your landlord for redesigning her yard if she liked it :) How about a set of weights as a 166 day reward? The next time you get fustrated by the landlord you can go work out that anger. Keep up the great work Bear. Oh bear.... I'm sorry you had a "craving fit"! I've had a few of those. One time I mowed the grass with such a frenzy that a Navy Seal would have collapsed! At least the house is still standing........or is it? :8o: love ya Mercy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 224 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,480 Amount Saved: $1,001.28 Life Gained: Days: 29 Hrs: 11 Mins: 4 Seconds: 38

OUCH! The gardener in me is freakin out! Was there no alternative?, I mean either smoking or cutting down 10 year old trees etc.....all the work you did????? There had to be some other way......counting to 25....punching a pillow, breaking some dishes??? You may not be out of the woods yet, if it is her property you may still be in trouble for vandalism, couldn't you??? :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 181 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,525 Amount Saved: $1,909.55 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 3 Mins: 53 Seconds: 9

Bear, You did a good thing here! Instead of channelling your emotions through smoking, you chose an alternative. Perhaps for the future you should have that alternative already in place. This may help you from cutting the forest down :P Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Good for you Bear, you didn't smoke. Now it's time to look for a new place to live. That landlady sounds pretty annoying. A fresh start in a new place maybe even one with a balconey?? judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 30 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 240 Amount Saved: $60.00 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 10 Mins: 50 Seconds: 38

Bear, I understand. I ripped out the carpet in my house in a fit one night. Now my house has really nice hardwood floors in it. Make the most of it and keep moving forward. It all gets better in time. I promise. Don't give up bear. A cigarette would not have been better. You know that. Don't let the junkie win. You have all the strength you need to make it through the hard times. Take deep breaths and refuse to let it control you. You are the one in control and don't ever forge that!
