I feel like I crossed some invisible finish line. There's still something of the smoker left... but there's almost no threat left at all. I'm usually happy as a clam to be living just as I am; smoke-free!! Yes, Lizzie!! :) I KNOW I can handle it! That's perfect! That's just how I feel. I'm very comfortable in that knowledge, and I'm really enjoying life without a smoke!! Sometimes it all seems surreal. I'm enjoying my life without a smoke... Wow... I really am! John, I don't know which post that was, but I'm very glad I wrote it! :) We've all been very lucky to have been encouraged and strengthened by your example and positive attitude! You and Sue have brought a lot of light to these boards, and we've all benefitted by that! This is the biggest milestone! :) :) :) I'm not saying that you are through with everything yet, but you know you can handle it. It took a lot of courage to do what you have done.
