Greger
Remember that saying..Into each life, a little rain must fall?
Well, yesterday it did, but today, as Bear said, is another day.
Some people experience increased craves/urges/thoughts around milestone days. I think it has to do with being used to rewarding yourself for a job well done with a cigarette. I've found that rewarding myself with something different has almost completely eliminated those milestone cravings for me. Hmm..which reminds me...I need to start planning a 6 month reward.
Oh, would you mind making a pledge that before you smoke you'll come here and post a message with Help and wait for at least 5 responses?
