Of course I missed it! Thank you everyone for your support! I'm looking foward to tomorrow! 2 weeks! Well, I have to say that not a day goes by that I don't think about not smokeing. I feel what is different about this hell and heck week was that I didn't go through the withdrawls as bad. I knew deep down that I have to be a non smoker. It is my only choice. I now also realize that I might always have junkie talk but its ok because I choose to shoo those thoughts away. I now know that picking up a smoke will not make it all better. It will not help with the hunger, with the lonely, with the anger, or to help wake me up. I know that if I pick up that smoke and light it I will be more disappointed in me than anyone else could ever be. I know that I am stronger than this addiction. I know that I am the one in control now.
Thank you everyone for your support!
