Hey everyone, Yes I am back again. I have learned more about myself and I know that I am prepared to do whatever it takes to kick smoking from my life! This quit has been hard and its only on day 2! I have been feeling spacey and tired. But I need to take this quit one minute, one hour, one day at a time. That is one of my problems I noticed. I get over whelmed and I don't need to. So wish me luck guys and know that you all are the best. I will check in later, ~Valic
