The flowers will motivate me to clean my house! That and some candles :)I feels good to be able to exhale better tonight but still not as good as this past Sun. that souonds like a plan joyfulspirit, Sometimes it does not seem like it, but you are going to be much happier just living through the craves and not smoking; then torturing yourself by starting and having to quit again every week. It is a vicious circle of addiciton that will not be broken until we say "NO MORE". It is a mental committment that no matter how we feel, we will not smoke...smoking is NOT an option any longer. Crying is an option, beating a pillow, speed walking, hot baths; but no smoking. You sound determined. You can do this. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 82 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,968 Amount Saved: $410.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 8 Mins: 30 Seconds: 51
