I had a conversation with Sue, a women in my group, and I told her that I quit smoking 1- 1/2 years ago. She was really surprised that I had quit and said she had no idea. She said you must be a man of steel. (Funny how people think, its not that bad, I felt like saying).
Sue told me that she flew back to Chicago two months ago to be with her family and she said all of them smoked and smoked like smoked stacks. So Sue had a couple cigarettes herself each day she was there. She said they make her feel dizzy. She also told me that she began smoking a couple a day at home but has to hide the fact from her husband.
I said Sue, I didnt know you smoked! She said she quit 15 years ago and prior to that she smoked for 20 years. She now is in the process of quitting; she did ask if I had any more patches lying around. I guess Sue just got caught up in the moment and thought she would be just fine.
We will never be fine with a smoke so except this for fact. Why would anyone care about having a smoke anyway? It is just a short, no very short lift that is over in 5 and then you want another an hour latter. Do you remember how it use to be? Think about it!
