I'm so proud of you Blue Cloud. You're doing this. I think about you everyday and i'm sending you positive energy. This past June, my mother in law past away from lung cancer. She went down the hill pretty fast. I took it very hard. She was 76 years old and smoked for at least 50 years. I loved her soooo much...we just had a connection. When she had a few weeks to live, i told her she was my insparation and that i was gonna try very hard to quit smoking. She passed away on June 23...i stopped smoking on July 2nd. I know she watching over me and she giving me strengt in all of this. For some reason i feel like i have a connection to you. Whenever i reply to your post i think of my mother-in-law. I WISH she would have quit smoking at 62, just like your doing. If she would have...i know she would still be here. WOW!! I just realized I have one day quit for every year I smoked. I am so glad I've made it this far. Some days are better than others and some daze is good. There really is a silver lining in my blue clouds. Someone told me that earlier in my quit,sorry I don't remember who. I would go back and look but many have gotten deleted. I don't know why. It is so much better to have 47 days free from a 47 year addiction. I know I'm just getting started. I am started. Wish Unhooked was here to give me a woohoo.Miss you.
