OHHH, see that's where I went wrong. I had my knees either side of his chest, thinking I would have more torque that way. Damn, too late now! Although, you never know what the future might bring. I mean, sure he's sweet and attentive and generous NOW..... Unhooked - it all has to do with the pressure of the knees on the chest as you hold their nose! My ex also has sleep apnea. It's not true that if someone has that & if you hold their nose closed, they will not wake up again. Hey Pokerbrat, my sister had sleep apnea, she had the medication and the machine....she took up walking every day, lost 25lbs and got to give the drugs and machine back. She was amazed that all it took was getting in better shape. (Yes she no longer smokes either) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 170 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,250 Amount Saved: $1,793.50 Life Gained: Days: 20 Hrs: 20 Mins: 30 Seconds: 56

Within a couple of weeks of my quit, my (ex)wife thought I wasn't sleeping good, when I was sleeping like a baby. The source of the confusion was that she was not hearing me snoring, so she assumed I wasn't asleep. In reality, I was snoozed out good and breathing quietly. Congratulations on your quit, quig. :) ElderOne
