I read this statement somewhere if you can quit for one week, you can quit for good. Do not think slip because someone else has slipped. There is no domino effect here. Dont let others misfortune weaken your resolve, rather listen, understand, and learn.
I havent slipped because I dont want to torment myself. I do not relish the thought of starting over. I suppose I am weak however I know my weakness and I have pledge to stay away from it. That one puff, for me no, I am not going to do it, not going through this again. I am not going to throw it all away on something I worked so diligently to achieve.
Slips happen, however hard on the individual, they happen One who lives on the fence, is one who lives in anguish. Freedom, it is coming your way; now dont let it slip away.
