but we have life Cheri, and you already have 2 hours back. Just relax, quit being so hard on yourself. Just rest, get your stuff ready as you go, and you will know when it is time. Hey if you are in NC holler!! Audrey is here too :) Gerber's are my personal fave, but tomorrow buy yourself some to cheer you up, you need quit rewards right? Let me know what color you get. Don't forget to sleep tonight ok? that's right Cheri, get your weapons ready. Get some rest, do your meetings and talk stuff, get some soothing tea, healthy snacks, sour jelly bellies (no one wants to smoke after those :) ) whatever else it might take, I think positive steps, actions will make you feel better about you also, whether you begin again tomorrow or not, the steps can be taken regardless and might enhance your mood. Also, I think you should buy yourself some flowers tomorrow, maybe some gerber daises to smile at you during the day. What do you think? -hugs Sue My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 103 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,030 Amount Saved: $180.25 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 20 Mins: 35 Seconds: 45

I would like to say it's just a slip but I'm at the part of the slip where I feel like I'm half way up in the air between the slip part and the fall on your a$$ part, lol. I know it's really not funny but I'm trying to get my positive attitude back. It's there but it's hiding right now. Anyhow I slept from 10am - 2pm & now it's 6pm & I've been tired since I woke up but haven't made myself go back to sleep yet. I'm kinda in the same space that I was in this morning before I finally went to bed but a little more in touch with reality. I really do need to look at my reasons for quitting even though I know what they are,,,so I can be healthy & live longer, feel better, have more energy, smell good & have that fresh glow on my face and eventually get these wrinkles above my lip from smoking lasered off, lol. Last night I didn't have it in me to call Ms. Lady or Ladybugg & I wasn't home so I couldn't get on my puter and post, not that I would have but then if I would have stayed home this probably wouldn't have happened. So our choices can & do determine our destiny because my health is in jepordy now due to my chosing to go outside and do the things that I did that led up to me smoking again, ugh. So I know my reasons for quitting but I need to get really serious about it, set a new and hopefully last quit date & commit myself for myself. And also have to start taking steps so that I want to do this for myself. I have to get to an AA meeting and I made an appt. to see my counselor next week. So that's all for now but I will keep coming in here daily as another way to help me get to the point to commit to quitting. I'm not giving up, NOT EVEN CLOSE. I don't think I'll ever give up on quitting smoking or life in general. At least I hope not. Think I'll get some more rest now b/c that's another part as getting myself ready to do battle again :) Have a blessed day/evening all & thanks again for showing that u all care. Maybe now is just not the right time. Take a step back and look at things a little more rationally. You will be back soon. Don't quit quitting. We will be here when you are ready. Stay close. Cheri, HE will never give up on you, just so you know, HE is right there waiting. Also, as I told you a few days ago, look at Sparky's sig line - H.A.L.T. - you need to take care of yourself okay? Try to work on this, it is important. You have to be strong to do battle. -hugs Sue My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 103 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,030 Amount Saved: $180.25 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 19 Mins: 42 Seconds: 28
