sour jelly bellies (no one wants to smoke after those :) )
whatever else it might take,
I think positive steps, actions will make you feel better about you also, whether you begin again tomorrow or not, the steps can be taken regardless and might enhance your mood.
Also, I think you should buy yourself some flowers tomorrow, maybe some gerber daises to smile at you during the day. What do you think?
