What a great idea!!!!! Quit now while you're young and have not done so much damage to your body....and quit with a real time buddy.
This site has some good helps..the workbook thing helps you prepare for the triggers and coping strategies. No matter what, it is hard, but if you really want to do it, it is very doable. And the worst is over in about 3 days. Any help or questions you have, just ask, okay? Lots of helpful people here.
