Jax What a great idea!!!!! Quit now while you're young and have not done so much damage to your body....and quit with a real time buddy. This site has some good helps..the workbook thing helps you prepare for the triggers and coping strategies. No matter what, it is hard, but if you really want to do it, it is very doable. And the worst is over in about 3 days. Any help or questions you have, just ask, okay? Lots of helpful people here. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,360 Amount Saved: $741.20 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 4 Mins: 59 Seconds: 59

My name is Jackie. I've been smoking for about 4 years now. I'm 19 years old. I tried to quit cold turkey, didn't quite work as I planned it to but it's ok! My best friend and I both set our quit dates for August 5th and we're both very ready and are preparing ourselves for the quit! I did not realize it was going to be as hard as it was. I only went about 27 hours before my emotions got the best of me. August 5th is the big day and I just wanted to say hi! Thanks. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: -26 Cigarettes Not Smoked: -520 Amount Saved: $-127.40 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: -137493
