NRT - CT - a visual comparison

18 years ago 0 481 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Last year I quit using NRT (inhalers and gum) for 7 months. This year I quit cold turkey. My quit meter still shows the craving levels from last year (for the time I came to SSC) as well as for this year. I think this is quite an interesting visual comparison: My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 46 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 690 Amount Saved: 115.00 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 1 Mins: 8 Seconds: 16
