Lately I have been having a craving or urge stronger than when I first started my quit. When I look at my meter 4,000 not smoked in half a year,,,,wow,,, that is 8,000 a yr. approx.
12 yrs is 100,000 the numbers are spellbounding.
This is the longest period for me to be smokefree since the first time I inhaled a cigarette.
I feel a sense of accomplishment however the battle lingers on.
