Dang, I'm getting good at this....lol Going out tonight to a place where I last went when I smoked. As I was sitting here thinking about it, I realized how I used to use smoking, and having to go outside to do it, as a way to take a breather from being social. Not sure if I need to find another way to take a breather, or if I might not feel the need to do that. Either way, I am aware of that dynamic and will find something else to do if I feel a need to get away for a few minutes. I will not smoke, I know that. Luckily, my friends don't smoke, but I think I will ask one of them to keep an eye on me, just in case the alcohol lowers my reisistance and I start to act crazy..in that way, anyways...lolol My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 135 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,400 Amount Saved: $918.00 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 19 Mins: 20 Seconds: 12
