oh, you make me so happy every night before i go to bed when i see that promise, kev. I know if you have promised i can rest easy, because you are a man of your word. I'm glad Phil mentored you early on..the positive outlook is very becoming on you..and everyone, now that I think about it. Yes, conquer that fear....and I will teach you to bodyboard....it's fun and easy :8|: -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 138 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,520 Amount Saved: $938.40 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 6 Mins: 8 Seconds: 31

Bear, glad to see the bear pic back! :) I don't think you were the only one. But is seems it does snow in hell from time to time :) A large part of my success is down to the support here. Of that I am 100 percent grateful. I'm glad I didn't get the tough love treatment. You know I wonder where Seamus is right now. Aloha, when I conquer my fear of flying, I am coming over there and giving you the biggest hug ever! Maybe you can teach me how to bodyboard! :) Today is another very bad day today, probably the worst since I quit, but I have perked up a bit thanks to your posts. If it lasts until my quit buddy comes in then I am going to be happy for at least part of the day. Some happy thoughts for today. 1) For each down, there is an up. 2) The sun is shining 3) I am getting fitter 4) I have some great friends here 5) Only a couple of days away from completing miracle mile week. Back to concentrating on the day. An important promise, especially today. I kev, promise to my friends at SSC, be it human or animal, and to my quit buddy, who has unwittingly managed to get me through so many days not smoking, that I WILL NOT SMOKE TODAY! Dang, Kev You continue to astound me, too. You are identifying those triggers right and left and in between even. I might even call you trigger happy ;p Plus, you are continuing to do so well at using your coping strategies and rewards. A big atta boy, Kev! -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 137 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,480 Amount Saved: $931.60 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 4 Mins: 13 Seconds: 27

End of a very tough day. My craveometer has been hitting the side of the meter which scotty would normally say 'she cannae take any more capt'n, shes gonna blow'. So am glad I made it home smokefree. 30 day pit? nope QBA. My quit buddy is back from Scotland. That trigger was easy to identify. It should ease itself off throughout the week I hope. But the good news is, tomorrow is a new day and I might not crave so bad tomorrow. Gonna grab a nice essential oil bath tonight. See you tomorrow. Hi Aloha, It was great to have the weekend off from work and yes, the watch rocks biig style, I am very happy about it. I'm on the easy level at the moment after it stated that I might actually already be dead in the fitness test that you have to do before starting. :) .. well you have to start from somewhere! I also get to deal with an association and do something healthy at the same time. Huge craves again today, actually stronger than recently, but I am fighting always, thinking 'It will get better'. This is my mantra now it seems. I am sooo close to making one month so I would be a fool to start smoking today, especially after having survived another danger weekend. So time to promise. I promise to my friends here at the SSC and to my quit buddy that I will not smoke today. kev sounds like you got the weekend off...wonderful! The watch sounds fun.isnt it funny how doing something good for yourself can trigger a smoking thought? It's all in the associations. Good for you for noting it..and preparing for it! You are doing so well...keep it up..and thanks for the promise. I promise as well :) aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 136 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,440 Amount Saved: $924.80 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 0 Mins: 49 Seconds: 25

Hi Unhooked, You're more georgeous! Btw, decided what you are going to do with the grand dollarinos (coming up to) you've not smoked? I reckon i am likely to spend/have spent 90% of my amount saved on tiny rewards. But I do have some ideas for some bigger rewards (the watch was one). Some smileys because it is summer finally over here. :) :) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 24 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 600 Amount Saved: 100.80 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 1 Mins: 38 Seconds: 4
