Add me to the list. It's been a week and you, and this site, are a blessing. Every time I thought I was losing my grip, I could log on and find out things were OK - that these experiences were common withdrawal symptoms or cravings, and they too would pass. And the encouragement and support on these pages is amazing. Thank you!! Well y'all, We quit in February, we quit out of the love we have for ourselves and our love of life, and for others whom we love and those who love us. Sounds like a winner to me. I've had those smoking dreams too. Even in the dream I am disappointed in myself, and happy to awaken and realize it was only a dream. It reinforces my resolve... Whenever I think about smoking, even one little cheat that no one would ever have to know about, I think about those dreams. I then think about all of the non-smoking friends as the SSC who would be disappointed also, yet no less supportive and understanding. I will never smoke another cigarette.
