Nonic,
I just now saw this thread and I let out a WHOOOP! of joy when I saw YOUR NAME as the HOF Recipient this month! YEEEEEAHHH!!! You SO deserve this recognition, and here's why I so strongly believe that...
For my entire journey, you have been just seven days ahead of me. Seven days doesn't sound like much NOW but back in Hell and Heck weeks, seven days was 168 hours MORE of NOT-SMOKING than I had under MY belt, and WOW, that was a LOT.
Through every one of my steps, you have been there, on the sidelines, cheering me on. Though just a half-pace ahead of me, you demonstrated your leadership abilities and compassion by putting yourself out there for me - and for so many others here.
"Putting yourself out there" is a commonly-used phrase, but you have managed to do that in a very uncommon way. With your considerable poetic ability, you manipulate words, transforming them from two-dimensional fonts on a computer screen into tangible and palpable yet spiritual forms which consistently touch the reader with your own innate generosity, kindness, and goodwill. I have watched as you have put a piece of yourself into every post, willingly sharing your wisdom and encouragement in unique and creative ways.
Yes, you are a gifted writer. It's the fact that you USE that gift here on this site, day after day - that is what's so special about you.
Congratulations... and thank you.
