Hey, Gumby. Congrats on day 14!! My advice is to stay with the program & make note of how you feel & what is going on when you step down to the lower levels. That might give you a hint as to how you will handle being off the patches altogether. That way, you can put a plan in place. There's no way to know ahead of time how you will react. Stay positve, look forward to being nicotine free as a goal, plan a reward & take one day at a time.
I heve been "nekkid" & nicotine free for 4 full days, I followed my own advice & I feel fabulous! That's just my experience, maybe it will work for you too.
