Everytime after I finish typing a post, I type Just Breathe... b/c I always take a deep breath when I'm typing it & it helps me. It's such a release, not to mention just nice to be able to take a deep breath without choking.
Everybody keeps saying u have to learn how to quit. I know that it does take practice. There's only one way to fail and that's to not try. So just don't give up.
Personally I know that there's no one here to take care of me but me & I must grow up sometime or die before my time. Deep down I know that if I choose to grow up & take care of myself that I will live a much happier & longer life. Nothing good come easy :)
Right now at this very moment 2:02am I'm wanting a ciggarette really badly! It's sucks and to be honest I'm not feeling very strong about this quit right now. Although 1/2 hour ago I was just fine & happy that I made it through earlier tonight when it was so hard. So I WILL make it through this tough time right now, ugh & I'll be happy about it later. It's because I just finished eatting something that I'm finding myself wanting one so badly. But u know what I'm not the 1st person that's gone through this & if other's can do it then so can I.
The good thing is that I remember being smoke-fee not too long ago & I remember how wonderful it felt. But let me tell you, the STINKIN THINKIN is here and it's strong. And the Rosanne re-runs aren't helping too much right now, lol. But I'm going to make it through this one :)
