Thanks Chanda!
So, are you not taking Xanax at all, or what? What's the deal? Are you just back in hte positive real world again? I know what you mean about anxiety taking over you r life. That's how I feel at times. I don't do alot of things I used to do.It's hard for me to take a walk outside without feeling that fear feeling, and my head feeling unbalanced.
I'm really glad your doing good. Keep it up! I wouldn't wish anxiety, Panic attacks on my worst enemy!
Take care,
CArmela
Hi Carmela & thanks for the post.
I am doing really good lately & I still check the site almost every day. I am a cheerleading coach from July thru November so I am really busy this time of year. It feels so good to just be living my life.
A few months ago I thought I might not be able to coach my team or do anything else that I want to do. I felt like anxiety was ruining my life.
I thank God that I am feeling like myself again!!
Thanks so much for asking & I hope that you are doing well!!
Chanda
Cool! That's great...It's all about faith, and control. And choosing how you want to feel! Sometimes you get just so sick and tired of living with ANxiety, you get frustrated & mad, right? Retraining your mind to be positive is the only answer! And you have to keep at it. Chandra, how have you been lately?
Keep your spirits up & remember to believe..
CArmela
I hope to join you at another time--=== no one will talk to me---- and I cante make it without my xanax right now---- sorry that I do not have a success story. I am a bit disappointed at this group -- I thouoght that I could talk--when I needed to.
