Hang in there Princess. You are just at one of those points where the nicodemon often tries to get you back. Stay strong and you can do it! PRINCESS, Have you tried keeping a journal to track what may be causing this? How about relaxation techniques before bed? Any extra stress in your life? Take the time to refocus and continue forward :) Josie, Support Specialist

Hang in there Princess, alot of the older quitters say we are at the time where things really get much better so hang in there. It is just a stage. It feels kind of blah right now, but it will get better! You gotta admit, it is still way better than wheezing, coughing, and feeling like crap every day! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 141 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,525 Amount Saved: $1,487.55 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 6 Mins: 19 Seconds: 10

i dont know whats wrong with me. its been 4 months since i quit and you would think i would be over theses things. im having dreams almost every night about smoking, ive gained weight, i sometimes reach automatically for a smoke, and still think i want one every so often. when is this going to get better. in a previous post i needed help with being so tired. well im still there. i started taking super b complex with the hopes it would help. all in all i cant see me ever going back to smoking but its sure been a fight. i came close last wk after a heated discussion with my sons ex landlord to light up but didnt. hope this next month i can finally put this thing to rest.
