Phil, My man, hope you are doing well. No cravings, but all sorts of junkie thoughts. Its like a bad dream now though. I can not even imagine letting my self get dragged down by the dreaded chain smoking..Aaaaaahhhhh. Not gonna do it. I am a nonsmoker. Today and always.. Love ya Twin. Phil, Glad you popped back in, and even happier you made it through that crave! But...I knew you would. Nearly one year smoke free, and we're gearing up for a huge SSC party! Phil, Your making me think. a bad crave with almost a year down? Will we never learn that the junkie is never sleeping and will take advantage of any weakness. Life is full of problems and it was so easy to just smoke and think we felt better when in reality we know it did nothing to make us feel better. I'm glad you stayed strong and didn't listen to the demon. You should be very proud of yourself. I'm proud of you!!!
