Hi and welcome, Garry
You're doing great!
Are you using any aids, such as patch, chantix, gum?
I think reviewing your reasons for quitting is helpful when you have a crave.
Also playing a game with the craves; identifying what triggered it, using some self-talk to combat it, congratulating yourself each time you don't smoke in response to it. After a while the craves become predictable to certain situations/times of day, so you can prepare for them, or just notice them and move on.
And drinking ice cold water...and exercise...and pampering yourself. This is a big undertaking, you have to be nice to yourself.
And using the program tools, like the workbook, and reading and posting here. Any particular topic you'd like more info about? Let us know, and we'll bump a post up for you. okay, everybody, don't laugh..I'm trying to be helpful (I tend to bump a lot of threads up)
Keep in touch, Garry. We'll help you any way we can. Just remember
Not One Puff Ever and you'll do fine
