Lainey, Llama spit can't smell any worse than smoking! Thank you, penguin, back at ya! Stickin, that's kind of the problem, it isn't a vacation. It's a hard thing I have to do & I'm trying to add something positive by concentrating on seeing my friends. But my friends smoke and are not really happy that I've quit, they're quite defensive about it.
I have printed this thread along with some other posts that meant something to me, especially the ones about dealing with emotions in a new way . I really am taking the best of the SSC with me & I'm so grateful to you all for going with me!

I wish you a very pleasant trip and experience. I think you will find out this trip that smoking is not for you. You will see your smoking friends smoke, slowing inhaling that smoke down into there lungs and watching some of it, not all of it, be exhaled. The rest soaked up by their lungs. Where did that smoke go? Oh heaven is the rest going to come back out? Your friends may be hacking too. I do hope not.
Look at your friends and think �if I could only get them to see the light�. They would be so much happier if they were like me. You most likely will find the smoke stinky and hard on your lungs. I surmised that this will be a big turning point for you Unhooked; the light comes on.
Good luck and take some really deep breaths of that clean mountainous air for me. Oh how I love the outdoors! I will be there in mind.
