That's what I was guessing, actually. :)
The first week or so can be really tough without any kind of aid. The physical withdrawal can feel pretty exaggerated.
You might want to see your doctor about going on the patch. I'm sure that would moderate the severity.
On the other hand, you're pretty much through the worst of the physical withdrawal now. If you can hang in there for a few more days, you should see a marked improvement in the physical symptoms.
Definately see a doctor, though, if you feel that the physical withdrawal is too much for you!
And... don't smoke! :) You've come this far. Don't turn around now!!
