The Habit of Reaching
There are ups, and there are downs neither of these should cause you to react and reach for one. The little devil he who keeps, sticking his nose into most everything we do. He pushes himself on us, yes he does; ells us when its time.
When you break the habit of reaching, you have passed a major milestone. That in my opinion is the hardest part, breaking that reflex, that reaction. When you have settled that score, you could very well be on your way to a smoke free life. And that would be nice, no, very nice. Congratulations to you for all the hard work you have done to make it happen. When you keep sticking to it the pay out will happen. Keep your emotions under control. We are learning how to do this.
