Hey Steve, I seem to have no problem quitting, but staying quit is where I have had trouble in the past. So I am currious what made you go back to smoking? I mean did something trigger it or did you just say one day. Hey, I think I will take up smoking again? Hi Steve. Good for you! I think many of us have been there. I want to be a non-smoke too. I need more will power. Get back on the Bike, if your huffing and puffing along, maybe that will help you quit again. Steve Bike, Welcome back! We encourage you to rework through the tools of the program and to look back on your slip and learn from it. What could you have done differently? What contributed to it? Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hi SB, Glad you've made the decision to get back on the path! Sounds like you worked really hard to achieve your goal of completing the marathon! Congrats to you! Now let's get on with the other marathon! You know, the "quit smoking" marathon! LOL My "story" is not unlike yours...got to feeling a little bullet-proof myself and found out that they still rip through me like I was a piece of paper! LOL Take good care of yourself as you begin the journey again. We are all here because we are addicts and we really do understand the ups and downs that this journey brings. Stay tough! And N.O.P.E. is my mantra too! good decision Steve The sooner the better in quitting, as you know Wow! 425 mile ride through the Rockies. Must have been beautiful! Do you think maybe you were "rewarding" yourself for getting in such good shape? I know that is a trigger for lots of us...rewarding ourselves for a job well done with a cigarette. Anyways, welcome back to the fold -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 118 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,720 Amount Saved: $802.40 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 12 Mins: 59 Seconds: 26
