Jenny, You can do this!!! My first few days were the hardest. Find something to do to keep you busy. Anything, just don't smoke. I found that drinking lots and lots of water helped. Now I even drink water because I like it! Read and post lots... it does get easier. Take it one minute at a time. Jen, take a look around, we have all been there and there are ton of posts right here that will help you. You can do this. Just don't smoke, no matter what. Getting new coping skills is super important, drink plenty of water, get lots of sleep, etc...When I was going through this first 10 days I plopped myself right here and read read read. It helps. The best news Jenny, is this after today all the nictoine is out of your body, you are on your way. The best is coming and it feels really good. Read and post - and smack those craves down. ;) We are here with you so hang on.
