Congradulations on your day two remeber that your body is adjusting and that cravings will ,pass. What helped me the most during the first week is always looking back at the reasons why I wanted to quit, this always seemed to give me that little something to get over the urge. Cragdulations

I have made it through two day. This morning has been the worst. I am chewing gum like crazy and I am very tired. I know this will pass. I looked around this board last week before my quit date and was amazed at all the support. It is so great to see such caring people that are encouraging each other. Good luck to all.
