Being in the presence of someone who is smoking can both trigger and disgust. My three hour drive was not as unpleasant as I had expected.I did the juice, water.and tic-tac trip. It worked good.It is after lunch now and the old familiar thoughts are creeping in.I have really read alot from this site today.Not ONE Puff Ever. N.O.P.E.~~I just keep saying it over and over.
