Good advice here, its the way i got it done, i sort of started making a game of it after a while, tho somedays wont be fun to play, i would play any way, i did whatever it took to get my mind off smoking, I made a commitment that if i smoked just one, it would be as bad as if i was cheating on my husband, i wouldent cheat and becasue i that thought i wouldent smoke, Just sounds crazy dont it?? but its true. I finally am using the same will power on my weight thing and you know what Its working, but if i eat cake its not like cheating on my husband LOL , not the same game, well iam BLA, BLA, Bla so ill go for now ya all hang tough Tresa :)
