BEACH BOOGIE BASH - MARCHMELLOW STYLE!

another marchmellow celebration...we so deserve...lol how about stories about our weirdest trigger or coping strategy or the worst things we ever did to feed our addiction? I'll start..this is so bad...I had to have a tooth pulled Friday..unexpectedly. The dentist and I were both pleased that I was no longer smoking, as smoking is the major contributor to complications of tooth extractions. I even got to share about chantix, as he had never heard of it. I weathered the extraction, walked out of his office, shaking and mouth numb. What's the first thing I thought of when I got in the car? You guessed it....a cigarette. Oh sheesh, I can remember having a cigarette right after dental work many times before, with numb mouth, having to check that I wasn't burning myself, and that the cigarette was positioned correctly...lol....so sick....so, i guess this qualifies for weird trigger AND the lengths I would go to to feed my addiction. Of course I didn't smoke, and just laughed at the thought and myself. OK, pass over a beer please...and anything soft to eat...lol -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 108 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,320 Amount Saved: $734.40 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 3 Mins: 45 Seconds: 11

You just got to love this place. No calorie food and bikinies that don't show the weight gain. I think we have an impressive showing here on the beach and a well earned celebration. Let's form a circle around the fire and share some good talk with all our new friends :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,180 Amount Saved: $708.50 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 10 Mins: 51 Seconds: 33

WOO HOO! Breakfast time and the food is calorie free! I'll take two eggs over easy, hash browns, and toast! I'm taking a seat in a chair by the fire and ready to share some stories. Well there's a huge table over there with all the fixings for breakfast, bacon, eggs, those funny toasters for the fire, and the ones you use for Bush pies. Mmmm, the coffee always tastes better when you're camping doesn't it? I'll have scrambled please, with toast. That's great. I'll take that spot in the shade. The beer is on ice, everything is ready for another night, there's lots of wood. The fire is low for cooking now. Ah we can sit back and chit chat now while we sit around the fire, its not too hot.
