Mylast Very, very true Mylast. If we just took the time to think about what that smoke must be doing to us inside. Thank you for the reminder. Good post Mylast. I can remember doing self talk on myself trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Now I know how bad it was and how good I feel. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 102 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,040 Amount Saved: $663.00 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 10 Mins: 9 Seconds: 58

Don't ever get to a point in your life where you "have to quit or you will be on oxygen". Don't ever think that bad things won't happen to you. Don't ever think that the smoke you are putting in your body doesn't really affect your health. Don't ever think that there will be a better time than the present to quit. Don't ever let it get to the point in your life where the pride you feel in quiting is over-shadowed by the worry feel for your health.
